We are excited to share 4 system updates and enhancements that were recently launched. These are designed to improve your experience and simplify daily operations as a Retainer Club Partner. Have questions? Reach out to Nataly for more information.
Registration Status
The 'Needs Attention' tab now provides visibility into registration statuses. This enhancement allows you to easily track patients who have received a referral but have not yet completed their registration. Patient's must complete registration in order for production orders to move forward.

Ship "to" option
During the ordering process, you now have the option to select 'Ship to Clinic.' If no selection is made, the order will default to shipping to the patient's address on file.

You can connect with us directly from the Partner Portal by clicking the LiveChat icon located in the lower right-hand corner of your Retainer Club dashboard.

PFG Submission
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee form is now available directly through the 'Actions' button. The 'Actions' button is located in your Partner Portal in the upper right-hand corner and will take you right to the PFG Type form submission page.
